Wojciech Fangor, Polish, 1922 to 2015, oil crayon on paper depicting an Optical composition, 1974. Signed, and dated, lower right. Framed. A paper label of the Chalette International, on the backside. Wojciech Fangor was a Polish painter, graphic artist, sculptor, and co creator of the Polish School of Posters. In 1970, he became the first Pole to have an individual exhibition at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York City. Wojcieck Fangor is known for Abstract illusion and optical art painting, social realism, posters. Mid Century European Op Art Paintings, Wall Art, and Collectibles. One of a kind artwork.
