A WWII Nazi German War Merit Cross medal, 1st class of a die struck zinc alloy construction. Features the form of a Maltese style cross with a circular centerpiece with an embossed, canted, swastika encircled by a nicely detailed oak leaf wreath to the obverse. The reverse shows the year 1939. Complete with an award certificate issued in the name of Heinrich Moller and dated 1943.
