A Russian gilt silver standing frame. Oval shape, vertical oval hole for the picture. Blue guilloche enamel surface, ornamental overlay embellished with diamonds and rubies. The overlay design includes an Imperial crown and date 1913. Portrait of Russian Emperor Nicholas II is set in the frame. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers marks are on the backside.
