Oil on canvas painting, a reproduction of a 1765 artwork titled Cheetah and Stag with Two Indians by George Stubbs, 1724 to 1806, an English painter best known for his paintings of animals. The original artwork is now in the collection of the Manchester Art Gallery. The piece was inspired by an incident that took place in 1764 when a cheetah brought to England from India was pitched against a stag in a hunting demonstration at Windsor.
