Lot 0350: JAPANESE MEIJI ERA CLOISONNE ENAMEL GOLDSTONE VASES

A pair of symmetrical antique Japanese Meiji period footed enamel over brass vases. Each vase has an amphora shaped body. Each vase is enameled with polychrome images of medallions with flowers and Yin and Yang symbol, and floral, foliage, geometrical and heart motifs made in the Cloisonne technique. The necks of the wares are decorated with wavy, geometrical, and heart ornaments made in the same technique. The base is adorned with a wavy motif made in the same technique.
