A rare antique hand carved coconut shell and silver mounted cup vessel, probably, produced by a native Mesoamerican Central American craftsman. The exterior is engraved with floral and foliage motifs. The ware is adorned with a pair of silver mounted handles made in a scrollwork design, and silver overlays made in a floral design.
