A Chinese enamel over brass plate produced by the Zi Jin Cheng Factory of the Beijing Enamel Company. The plate is adorned with polychrome enamel images of chrysanthemum flowers in the Cloisonne technique, and gilded scalloped rims. The backside is adorned with a floral motif on the turquoise ground in the same technique. Marked with a factory paper label, on the backside. Circa: 1980s.
