Morris Katz, Jewish, Polish, Ukrainian, American, 1932 to 2010, oil painting on board depicting a portrait of a clown, 1996. Signed and dated, lower right. Framed. Provenance: Original Work of Art, created at The Frankfurt Meese, February 1993 in Commemoration in the entire US Presidential Collection of Postcards by Classico San Francisco, Inc. A printed paper sheet showing detailed information about the artist and the artwork, on the backside. Morris Katz was a Polish and American painter. He holds two Guinness World Records as the worlds fastest painter and the worlds most prolific artist. He has also been called the King of Schlock Art and the King of Toilet Paper Art because of a novel means of painting he developed using a palette knife and toilet tissue instead of a paintbrush. One of a kind artwork.
