A vintage main gauche parrying dagger featuring a longer and heavier blade and very long, straight quillons. With a wide decorated knuckleguard that curves from the quillons to the pommel and protects the hand. With a scabbard in the leather holster and a frog. It is used mainly to assist in defense by parrying enemy thrusts, while the dominant hand wields a rapier or similar longer weapon intended for one handed use. Vintage Edged Weapons For Collectors.
