Henryk Kossowski the Younger, Polish, 1855 to 1921, bronze sculpture of a whistling boy. Signed to the base. Circa the early 20th century. After graduating from the School of Fine Arts in Krakow, Henryk Kossowski studied in Paris. He exhibited in Paris and Vienna, as well as in Warsaw, Lviv and Krakow.
