The white vase is decorated with gilt ornaments and flower garland, a female portrait medallion is transfer-printed on the front. After a 1785 painting titled Portrait of Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire by Thomas Gainsborough. Signed by the artist in the lower left, Wagner. Beehive hallmark and inscription Duchess of Devonshire, Dec. 548 Depose are on the bottom. The vase is placed on a pierced stand. The lamp has two light sockets with individual switches.
