An antique late 19th-century Russian round gold pendant. White guilloche enamel backside. The front side is set with a round cabochon-cut moss agate stone encompassed with bicolor gold fittings and diamonds. Hallmark of 56 gold standard and makers mark AT are on the suspension ring, possibly for Alfred Tileman who was one of the best Faberge jewelers and worked in a workshop in St. Petersburg from 1870-1909. The item comes in a Faberge box. Provenance: the similar object was sold at the Sothebys auction house, Silver and Russian Works of Art, Lot 50 Collectible Russian Jewelry.
