A Chinese Republic period Yixing Duan four sided rectangular shaped with rounded body clay vase. The front side of the vase is adorned with a hand carved landscape image and inscribed with Calligraphy. The backside of the vase features hand carved calligraphy lettering inscriptions. The sides are decorated with a figural handles made in a shape of a head of a Foo dog holding a ring in a mouth. Marked with an impressed mark and a red wax seal, on the bottom. Circa: 1912 to 1949.
