A set of five antique ceramic plates by Royal Doulton Burslem, one large platter and four plates of smaller size. All five are decorated with flow blue transferware Madras pattern depicting an Asian landscape featuring curly-roofed pagodas and robed figures. Circa 1900s. Each plate is marked verso with a makers emblem inscribed: Royal Doulton England Madras, or Doulton Burslem England Madras.
