An antique French brass mounted amboyna jewelry casket box. Features metal foliate work around the top and bottom of the box having amboyna panels with kingwood, tulipwood and boxwood on the lid and sides. Elevated on metal feet that resolve into acanthus leaves. Holds a metal label with the engraving Marie to the cover. Manufactured by Paul Sormani, Paris.
