Oil on board painting composed of two canvas panels attributed to Tetsuo Aoki, Japanese, born 1940. The pieces represent full-length portraits of a man and woman. Naive painterly style. Each panel is signed by the artist in the lower right. Wooden frame. Note: Tetsuo Aoki was born in 1940 in Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan and currently lives and works in Fujieda. In 1964 he earned his BFA from Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan. He is a member of Kokugakai, an arts society founded around the ideas of free creation and celebrating individual styles across generations. His work has been featured in exhibitions and collections in Japan, Australia, Israel, China, the United States, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic. Wall Art And Home Decor For Collectors.
