An antique Japanese white porcelain vase. Late Meiji or Showa era, before 1920s. Footed round vase with decorative handles. Decor includes ornamental gilding, blue accents, hand-painted floral medallions. The obverse of the vase is garnished with a hand-painted portrait of Marie de Medici, 1575 to 1642, the Queen of France and Navarre as the second wife of King Henry IV.
