A collection of ancient silver and bronze coins including a Roman Empire Augustus silver coin depicting the head of Augustus, laureate, right to the obverse and Gaius and Lucius Caesar standing facing, each togate and resting hand on shield, behind each shield a spear, between them, simpulum and lituus to the reverse, dates between 2 BC and 4 AD. And a Roman Empire bronze sestertius depicting the head of Antoninus Pius, radiate, right to the obverse, and Pax, draped, standing left, holding branch in extended right hand and cornucopiae in left to the reverse, circa the 130s. One more bronze coin from the same period. An Akragasian silver didrachm featuring an eagle standing towards the left on a dotted line to the obverse and a crab with claws raised to the reverse, dates from 510 BC to 500 BC.
