An antique late 19th-century English sterling silver cutlery set. A total of 12 tea spoons and a pair of sugar tongs. Trefoil tip design, embossed geometrical decor on the backs. Sheffield assay mark, lion passant guardant or Britannia, letter V for the year 1895, CB and S hallmark are on the backside of the handles. CB and S stands for Cooper Brothers and Sons, a silverware brand established in 1866. Total Weight: 142 grams. The set comes in original Mappin and Webb Ltd. box.
