A World War II Nazi German hunting dagger. The stainless steel blade is garnished with etching depicting an eagle clutching swastika, a deer and motto Waidmanns Heil, Good Hunting, on the recto side, trees and animals on the verso side. The reverse of the blade bears the etched maker emblem of Puma, a very desirable maker. The grip is made of natural materials. The guard and pommel are made of brass as well as the rain guard modeled as shell. The black leather scabbard has brass fittings.
