The body is adorned with an overlay made in a scrollwork design and covered with polychrome enamel. The cigar cutter is decorated with a foliage motif, engraved with detailed patterns, and covered with enamel in a red shade. The eyes are encrusted with Ruby stones. A top features a relief image of an Imperial double-headed eagle, encrusted with a Sapphire stone and Marcasite stones. Marked with a standard Gold hallmark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks.
