An antique German hand painted porcelain figurine of a dog designed by Arthur Storch and executed by Schwarzburger Werkstatten fur Porzellankunst, circa the early 1920s. Signed on a rectangular base. Holds impressed marks underneath. Arthur Storch, 1870 to 1947, was a German sculptor and medalist, a member of the Hamburg Artists Association.
