A German World War II propaganda poster depicting a Jewish Commissar towering over a mass grave at Vinnytsia in the Ukraine, circa 1943. The victims had been killed by the Soviet secret police during the Stalinist purges, and were uncovered during the German occupation of Ukraine in 1943. The massacre was then used by the Germans to discredit the Soviet Union. The poster was produced by the propaganda offices of the German Government for the occupation of Ukraine during World War II.
