The artwork is the original for a newspaper comic strip with Sluggo Smith. Titled Sluggo Proves It! in the upper right. Dated Junuary 29, 1941 in the bottom middle. Signed by the artist in the upper right. Collectible Mid Century American Graphic Art And Comics.
