The painting depicts a colorful landscape with pine trees growing on the shore of a waterpond with a floating sailboat. Signed and dated 1916, on the lower right. Matted and housed in an old carved wooden frame. Note: Paul Signac was one of the principal French neo-impressionist painters of his time.
