A highly collectible stunning large antique English Bone China Flow blue oval serving platter made by W.H. Grindley of England circa 1891 - 1914. The platter is decorated in the Gironde pattern with cobalt blue flowers, embossed scroll foliage and a scalloped edge. Hallmarked to the bottom with a makers mark in blue ink underglaze. Very rare and finely preserved piece. Note: Flow blue is a highly-collectible, antique blue-and-white china. The vintage dishware was most popular during the Victorian era and has experienced several surges of renewed popularity in the past 45 years. W.H.
