Very rare specimen. A 17th-century incunable book from the Safavid Dynasty, Persia. Classic Parsi poetry literature. The book has an exquisite Sukht cover with stamped details. The interior contains six illuminations and a true skilled calligraphic work. The last page has written the date for the final words, dating to 1065 years of Hijri, equivalent to the year 1655 in the Gregorian Calendar. Museum quality book. Great condition for a book of that age.
