A superb antique Japanese cloisonne enamel tea set from the Meiji Era, 1868 to 1912. The set comprises 6 teacups and saucers, a teapot, a sugar bowl and a creamer decorated with fine enamels depicting traditional Japanese shippo patterns, floral arrangements and scrolled tendrils in gilded copper.
