A Russian 88 gilt Silver letter and page opener knife. The blade of the knife is made of hand carved Nephrite Jade. The ricasso is adorned with an overlay scrollwork pattern. The handle of the knife is covered with a cobalt blue Guilloche enamel and adorned with an overlay image of an angel, encrusted with Ruby stones and Diamonds. A figural head of a horse, engraved with detailed patterns and encrusted with Ruby stone eyes, is on the top. Marked with a standard Silver hallmark and other Cyrillic and Assay marks.
