A mid to late 20th century Russian Orthodox three-panel folding icon, or skladen. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. The central panel depicts Mother of God in the Annuncation iconography. The side panels present Saint Vladimir and Saint Olga, the first and most venerated Russian Orthodox saints. The characters are named in Church Slavonic. Orthodox Christian Religious Items and Collectibles.
