An antique German saber featuring a slightly curved steel blade decorated with engraved motifs. The ricasso features a six-pointed star emblem, possibly The Star of Damascus, which indicates a high quality steel as in Damascus steel. Also marked: Germany. Complete with a steel scabbard.
