A garland relief garnished with rubies and a miniature enameled portrait of Elizabeth Petrovna, empress of Russia from 1741 till 1762, decorate the front of the item. Hallmark of 72 gold standards, makers mark VS for Vladimir Soloviev, and handwritten number 115 are on the inside. Vladimir Soloviev was a Faberge workmaster from 1908 to 1917.
