An antique Russian Faberge, Moscow, 88 silver mounted stone match holder. The ware is carved of sandstone. The match holder is applied with laurel festooned entrelac and bound reed borders, gadrooned feet, and rim. A gilt wash interior. Marked with a K. Faberge in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant mark, and a 88 standard Russian Silver hallmark. Circa: 1899 to 1908.
