Tumpovskaya, designed by V.A. Vatagin. Published by the Blue Bird, Moscow, Petrograd, 1923. Ernest Thompson Seton, 1860 to 1946, was an English born Canadian American author, wildlife artist, founder of the Woodcraft Indians in 1902 and one of the founding pioneers of the Boy Scouts of America in 1910.
