A pair of antique Japanese Meiji era Ginbari enamel vases. The ground of the vases are covered with enamel in a white shade. The vases are enameled with polychrome images of blossoming flowers made in the Cloisonne technique. Ginbari is a Japanese cloisonne technique when clear enamel is laid over a stippled silver layer applied to the copper sheet body.
