An antique early 20th-century Austrian cold-painted cast bronze figurine representing the Flight to Egypt, Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus on a donkey accompanied by St. Joseph. Embossed mark Nam Greb, Bergman spelled backwards, is on the base. Franz Xavier Bergman, 1861 to 1936, was the owner of a Viennese foundry who produced numerous patinated and cold-painted bronzes.
