A Russian carved malachite Easter egg with a figure of a carved jasper pig head mounted to the side and tied with a diamond ribbon. Its eyes are set with gemstones in gold fittings. The ribbon is adorned with a lapis lazuli egg shaped pendant on a gold suspension ring, marked with the manufacturer and 56 gold proof marks. Stands on a round base hallmarked with the manufacturer and 88 silver proof marks underneath. Total weight: 228 g. Russian Carved Eggs And Figurines For Collectors.
