A Mid century American Phinney Walker and German Semca Clock Co. Inc. alarm travel folding clock made in the Art Deco design. A white enameled dial with gold tone and enameled in a Tiffany shade Arabic numerals and hands. Marked with brand logo marks on the dial and on the backside. Circa: 1940s.
