A color print after an original watercolor painting by Susan Southby from the edition titled Costumes of the Holy Land and published in Beirut, Lebanon in 1957. The print represents the traditional costume of an Arab woman from Safsaf. Signed lower right with the additional information mounted on the verso. Framed. Susan Southby is known for her postcards in 1948 to collect funds for the Palestinian Refugee Relief Fund by the United Nations (UNRWA).
