A large German Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory glazed porcelain figurine. The figurine depicts a Labrador Retriever dog. Modeled by Konrad Schmid, German, 1904 to 1931. Circa: 1930s. Marked with an ink factory stamp, numbered with an impressed stamp, 704, and an impressed stamp, K.S., on the bottom. The Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory is located at the Nordliche Schlobrondell in one of the Cavalier Houses in front of the Nymphenburg Palace in Munich, Germany, and since its establishment in 1747 has produced porcelain of high quality. It is one of the last porcelain producers in the world where every single part is made entirely by hand.
