Marked with a green ink factory mark, an impressed stamp, O. Richter, and numbered with an impressed stamp, 316, on the bottom. Circa: 1920s to 1930s. Rosenthal is a German manufacturer of porcelain products and other household goods. The original firm was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria.
