A mid century glazed stoneware figurine depicting a seated terrier dog made by Knud Kyhn for Royal Copenhagen and dated from the 1950s. Marked with blue and green ink Royal Copenhagen marks, incised Knud Kyhn and number 165, on the bottom. Royal Copenhagen is the Danish Royal Porcelain Manufactory. Founded on May 1, 1775 under the patronage of Queen Juliana Maria, the sixth court porcelain manufactory in Europe.
