A handmade model of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem with a mother-of-pearl and abalone shell mosaic inlay. The facade is decorated with Arabic calligraphy. The dome of the model also serves as a lid for a hidden casket. Al-Aqsa Mosque, also known as the Farthest Mosque, is located on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem, Israel.
