A Russian oval shaped 84 gilt silver and enamel frame. The frame is covered with enamel in a turquoise shade with a floral motif. The frame is adorned with a relief wreath with a crown on the top and a bow below, encrusted with Ruby stones, a relief inscription, 1913, encrusted with diamonds, lower to the center. Completed with a black and white photograph of Russian Emperor Nicholas The Second. Marked with a standard Silver hallmark and other Assay and Cyrillic marks on the backside.
