Featuring Nicholas II head left and inscription in Russian around the rim: WITH THE MERCY OF GOD NICHOLAS II THE EMPEROR AND AUTOCRAT OF ALL RUSSIA, on the obverse and crowned double-headed imperial eagle with ribbons on the crown on the obverse. The denomination and the year of the coin are minted at the bottom: 5 rubles, 1900. Well preserved coin with good detail. Nicholas II or Nikolai II Alexandrovich Romanov, known in the Russian Orthodox Church as Saint Nicholas the Passion-Bearer, was the last Emperor of Russia, King of Congress Poland and Grand Duke of Finland, ruling from 1 November 1894 until his abdication on 15 March 1917.
