A beautiful antique German Art Deco KPM glaze porcelain bowl raised on a figural bisque ware base featuring three griffins. The interior of the bowl is decorated with a hand painted image of the head of the goddess Athena in profile, from a poster for the first Secession exhibition of 1898 by Gustav Klimt. Made in Germany circa 1911. Marked on the bottom with a blue scepter mark and red KPM stamp, number 60 of 24, and other incised marks.
