The clock has a tall rectangular body with a round white dial. The dial has a hand-painted floral design, Arabic numerals and figurative hands. The mantel clock is topped by a gilt bronze composition, two putti sitting on a rock and playing musical instruments. The base of each candlestick supports a putti figurine that carries the candle.
