A vintage 18K yellow gold Tourneau watch features a cream dial with rblack oman numeral placements. Marked across the dial: Tourneau, Swiss Movt. The crown is set with sapphire cabochon. Marked verso: Water Resist 3ATM, Sapphire Crystal, SWISS. Fitted with a brown leather band and complete with an original branded case. Dated circa the mid 20th century.
