An antique late 18th-century French bronze mantel clock with gilt details. The large ornamented pedestal with sphynxes supports a vase-shaped main body of the piece. The vase is flanked by two centaur figures. A figurine of an eagle tops the vase. The large round white dial is installed in the main body. The hour indexes are in Roman numerals, the minute indexes are in Arabic numerals.
