A vintage Soviet FED 5B 35mm rangefinder camera produced by the FED factory in Kharkov. Circa the 1980s. In the original leather case. The FED factory in Ukraine was founded as a children's commune, for children orphaned or displaced by the combined upheavals of the First World War, the Revolution and the subsequent civil war.
